We look forward to speaking to you.
Unlock greater energy independence with AlphaESS — a global leader in solar energy storage trusted by homeowners and businesses across Australia. AlphaESS batteries are engineered for high performance, safety, and flexibility, making them ideal for solar households that want lower bills, backup power during outages, and smart energy management.
AlphaESS systems let you start with the capacity you need today, and expand up to ~60–80 kWh as your energy needs grow — perfect for homes planning EV charging, higher night-time use, or future electrification.
Using Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) chemistry with IP65 weatherproofing, AlphaESS systems are safe, long-lasting, and suited to Australian climate conditions.
Use the AlphaCloud app to view generation, storage, and consumption in real time — optimise charging for time-of-use tariffs and reduce grid import costs.
With backup capability and fast switchover protection (UPS-style), AlphaESS batteries help keep your essential circuits running when the grid goes down.
From 1 July 2025, eligible solar battery systems installed with solar can attract a Federal upfront rebate worth roughly 30% of eligible battery capacity — potentially reducing your installed cost by thousands of dollars.
This means a 10 kWh AlphaESS battery could attract around $1,860+ in rebate value in 2025 — and more for larger systems.
While direct NSW standalone battery rebates have changed, many households with eligible systems can still earn additional VPP payments — often up to $1,500+ — by participating in grid support programs.
Step 1
Your battery securely connects to a Virtual Power Plant provider, linking your home to the wider energy network.
Step 2
During peak demand, your battery shares stored energy with the grid, helping keep the lights on for everyone.

Solar panels generate electricity during the day. If your home doesn’t use all of that energy, the excess is stored in the solar battery instead of being sent to the grid. You can then use that stored energy later — such as in the evening or on cloudy days — reducing the amount of electricity you need to buy from the grid.
